Nukola - Hostess, Poet & Visual Artist

 

I am an eternal Student who enjoys expressing my creative avenues in the mediums of hosting, poetry and visual artwork.   Mixed with a passion for working with the youth in the capacity of mentor and facilitator, I am  again merging my artistic expressions with my responsibility as a youth coordinator.  As a drama and graphic artist workshop facilitator in Birmingham, England, I had the pleasure of molding youth minds towards positive avenues of expression.  I host poetry nights and other cultural events at several venues in Atlanta, including The Grounds, where I also have my artwork hanging currently.  Check out my website - www.nukola.com - for more information about my work, including my upcoming exhibit as part of the Castleberry Hills Artist Walk on November 13.  

 

 

Ingrid is a multidisciplinary artist living in Decatur, Georgia. Her passion for documentation has served as the meeting point for a love and production of music, language, writings, and visual art. Hip-hop has been the great developer of her artistic abilities, and continues to fuel her creations. She believes that art is something you do until it becomes you!
